Eligible nominees include:
- Pharmacovigilance professionals
- Medical and regulatory affairs professionals
- Pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and healthcare organisations
- Academic researchers and educators
- Start-ups and technology providers in PV
Nomination Fee
- Nomination Fee: INR ₹ 2500/- or USD 25$ per nomination per category
- The fee is non-refundable and includes administrative and evaluation costs.
- Payment details will be provided during form submission.
- Additional fees for the courier will be paid by the selected awardees.
Nomination Process
- Complete the online nomination form
- Select the relevant award category
- Upload supporting documents (as applicable):
- CV / profile of nominee
- Brief write-up (500–1000 words) describing achievements in last year
- Supporting evidence (projects, publications, impact metrics, etc.)
- Pay the nomination fee
- Submit before the nomination deadline – May 31, 2026

All nominations will be evaluated through a structured and transparent process:

🏆 Final Decision
- Jury scores are consolidated
- Final decisions are binding and not subject to appeal
- Winners will be officially notified prior to the award ceremony
Award Policy & Guidelines
- Each nomination must be original and truthful
- One nominee may apply for multiple categories with separate fees
- The organising committee reserves the right to:
- Re-categorise nominations if required
- Withhold an award if suitable entries are not received
- Modify award categories or criteria
- All information submitted will be treated as confidential
- Jury members must declare conflicts of interest, if any
- The jury’s decision will be final and binding
- Nomination fees are non-transferable and non-refundable
